Where can you find your personal access codes ?

 

  • Your login ID appears on your account statements; it comprises 8 figures (it is not the employee account number). To obtain it, please click on the link "Lost your ID" ? on the login page. It will be sent to you by email. (on the e-mail address known to our services).

 

  • Your 1st password has been sent you by post. It consists of 6 digits and has a limited validity period. For your security you should change it the first time you log in. It is confidential. Never communicate it orally, or by telephone or e-mail. If you have forgotten, please click on the link "Lost your password ?" To get a new one. It will be sent to you by SMS or postal mail as the case may be. Be careful, the time to receive the new password by letter is about a week.

 

To accompany you and if necessary to register your mobile number, you can contact our telephone advisers on +33 3 28 76 33 47 from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (free service + call price). You can also contact your correspondent in your company. He may update your personal data or send it to us.
