1. Introduction to legal notices
This legal notice defines the operating and usage rules for the BNP Paribas Epargne & Retraite Entreprises website and mobile application, a business of the BNP Paribas Group.
PERSONEO https://personeo.epargne-retraite-entreprises.bnpparibas.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) is a website that primarily allows, subject to the conditions set out in the General Terms of Use and provided these conditions are met, individuals enrolled in employee savings plans (company savings plans, group retirement plans, profit-sharing plans) set up by companies having signed an account opening agreement or a service agreement with BNP Paribas - Epargne & Retraite Entreprises relating to maintaining locked-in accounts, to obtain information of a general nature relating to an employee savings or company retirement plan, and also see the account balance and details of their savings, their transaction history, the 5-year performance of the relevant company investment funds/SICAVs, and the cases in which early unlocking of savings is permitted in addition to the supporting documentation to be submitted. These individuals can also carry out a number of transactions (fund-switching/transfer, withdrawing available or locked-in savings, voluntary contributions, etc.) depending on the agreements in place in their company.
The Website and the application also have simulation tools.
The PERSONEO mobile application (hereinafter the “Application”) also allows the individuals referred to above, subject to the conditions set out in the General Terms of Use and provided these conditions are met, to see their account balance and the details of their savings, monitor their transactions, view their transaction history, make voluntary one-time contributions, switch/transfer investment vehicles, and fill out an application to withdraw their available savings.
